Once you have added your basic details, you will be able to select the plan that best suits your needs. From there follow the steps, create your listing and hit submit.

On your business listings page, there is a claim button. Click that, fill in the short form for us to verify you are the correct owner and Bobs your uncle. Once verified, we will allocate the business page to you, where you can edit, add some photos and start getting leads!
Yes. We charge a monthly fee depending on which package you choose. There is a free trial for 30 days that offers all the features of our top tier package.
We charge a fee because we want to offer the best and trustworthy services providers to our customers. Therefore only legitimate businesses and service providers can sign up.
We sure do! Once you sign up and have created your first listing, you will receive an email asking for 3 – 5 references for us to contact. In addition, we also conduct our own online investigation. We are thorough to ensure all Pros are legit and provide quality service for our clients. Once this verification process has been completed, your listing will go live and be visible to potential customers.
If you sign up for the 30 day free trial, the 30 days only begin once your business listing has been approved and is live – you will be notified by email once this happens. There is no transfer of money during the trial, only once this expires and you choose to move to a paid plan. By then the verification process is long complete.
If you have gone straight for a paid plan, you will be required to pay the fee upfront. If your business fails the verification, this money will be refunded to you.
We work hard to verify businesses as quickly as possible, this is usually done within 24 hours but may take up to 48 hours. We keep you updated the entire time!
Yes! You have full control. You can move up or down in plan tiers or cancel whenever you wish. It is important to note that plans run in a 30 day cycle, so your current plan will remain in place until the full 30 days have passed. If you have chosen to cancel your plan, your listing will be removed at the end of the 30 day cycle.
While we have done our best to add every kind of service we could think of, some may be quite specialised or unique. If your service does not fall into any of our prelisted categories, please let us know at help@snappypros.com and we will be delighted to add it for you.
